Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order is placed and paid for, there are no refunds back to original payment, no returns, and no exchanges.
All approved refunds are issued as STORE CREDIT only.
Damages & Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24–72 hours (3 days) of delivery so we can assist you.

When emailing, include:
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Your order number
- A picture of the packing slip
If eligible and approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit only.
If items are opened, used, or not in their original condition, store credit or replacements will not be available.
User Error / Wrong Items Selected
Please double-check your cart before checkout.
Once an order is submitted and fulfilled, we cannot make changes, offer refunds, or exchange items selected by mistake.
